Dave is definitely in the right business! He was the utmost professional. Personable, knowledgeable and straightforward.
I had a problem with my Fridgidaire refrigerator and the fix was hard to diagnose. A previous company had tried to no avail. With the help of Fridgidaire customer service Dave had a plan to attack the problem. He arrived in the evening which I needed due to my work schedule. His work was meticulous but to no fault of his own the problem was not rectified. After consulting with Fridgidaire again they came up with a whole new expensive plan. At this point I had put a decent amount of money into the repair from the previous company and I felt it was time to abandon ship. Dave was extremely understanding of my situation and since he didn’t resolve the situation he only charged me the very reasonable initial rate despite having about 3 hours of his time involved.
I would be very comfortable having him back. I feel Dave would have eventually repaired it but the cost didn’t warrant a repair. I fully blame Fridgidaire for the 3 year old lemon that they refused to replace or repair!
