We had hired Tracy and her crew from a referral and boy am I glad I did. Tracy is very professional, polite, personal and knows her trade. She came to the door wearing booties over her shoes so no dirt was tread on my new carpet, I was very impressed by that! We had a leak on our bathroom ceiling that needed repairs. Not only was the spackle job perfect she knew what primer to use to prevent the water stain from returning. Cant even tell there was damage on the ceiling after she was done with it. We also had our hallway, living room and front door painted. I can not praise her work enough. I was shocked at how affordable the price was considering the amount of work that had to be done. We are soon remodeling our kitchen and will definitely use her services again to remove the wallpaper and paint.

I had a full interior painting done. Living room, kitchen, bath and two bedrooms. The job started promptly when it was supposed to and ran exactly as long as I was told. The quality of paint used is top notch and the painting itself is clearly expertise. Tracy is a professional who took time explaining why a certain look would work best in different areas of the home. TRACY WAS OUTSTANDING.HER WORK IN PAINTING MY SHED,STAINING THE WOOD,POWER WASHING,MADE EVERYTHING LOOK LIKE NEW.SHE WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN IN HER WORK AND SHE ACTED VERY PROFESSIONAL,HER FEE WAS VERY REASONABLE.I CAN'T RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH,AND I CAN'T WAIT TO HIRE HER AGAIN FOR OTHER THINGS THAT NEED TO BE DONE.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on many factors the size of the job: how many days it will take to complete, how many workers will be on that job and how much prep work is involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually get an idea of the work they want done over an email or phone call. The next step is meeting with the customer to look at the areas of interest. If its a big job, I take pictures of the rooms so i can itemize and prepare an estimate. It usually takes 1 day or less for me to price and write up an estimate. Upon completion i will mail or personally bring the detailed estimate and agreement for you to read and sign.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Drexel University with a bachelor's of arts. I am constantly attending trade workshops and reading up on new trends and products.
