(Painting pricing below) HOUSE PAINTING: Professional painting with straight lines, durable paint finish, multiple paint coats to ensure full surface coverage and full prep to ensure good adhesion. Prep Process inches floor/furniture masking, wall patch and repair, sanding, full wall wash/rinse/clean (Pressure washing for exterior painting), edge mask then prime and paint and more masking as we progress. CABINET PAINTING: Cabinet painter using airless spraying, pressure rolling and masking for a clean fine finish. •Get optional CGI renders of your space in different colors before you commit to a color  •Fine finish spraying for smooth consistent texture PAINT PRISES PER SqFT (floor measurement): Interior: •Wall (Color Change) $3 per square feet •Wall (Same Color) $1.5 per square feet •Ceiling $1 per square feet •Trim $5 per linear feet •Roller/Brush Door $100 per door •Sprayed Door $200 per door (Spray painted for a smooth factory finish)(Sprayed onsite in paint tent or my shop) Exterior painting: •$3 per square feet (Pressure washing included in prep) •Cabinet Painting/Refinishing: $48 per cabinet area square feet. •Deck Staining: $6 per square feet  (Pressure wash and sand included in prep) When contacting, please share as much detail (Size in square feet/floor plan measurement, Images of multiple angles, videos, explanation) about your project as possible to help us get a rough quote to you.
