- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is extremely fair for the job that I do. I have never ripped off one single customer on any job that I've done. Nor will I ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a short questionnaire on the phone, and then I schedule an on-site estimate, if needed. It is not required for us to do this, but most of the time, people appreciate the in-person estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified radon mitigation specialist. The certification is through the state of Pennsylvania DEP. My number is PA 3161.
