Shaun came out again for us, this time to fix a leaking tap (that fed the washing machine). He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the necessary parts, installed and all is working as it should be. Area cleaned up nicely afterwards, and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Shaun was very helpful in addressing the issue with our toilet. He quickly identified the problem, replaced the part, and pointed out some functions of the mechanism which were a little unusual (at least to me). He also took a look at the problem with our water heater and made some good suggestions on how we can address it.
