Move out clean for a 1 bedroom/1 bath and loft. On time and communicated via text with me during the clean as I was not home. Kept me updated on her progress. Landlord was very happy with the clean and we were too!! Highly recommend Cindy - she was great!

Cindy did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning my studio apartment (carpetted bedroom, kitchen, and full bathroom) from top to bottom. She was very nice and friendly to talk to and work with, quick to respond, and did an overall great job! 10/10 recommending to my fellow graduate students who will need her soon!

This was my first time using Thumbtack, and i will admit I was a bit skeptical. Cindy brings all the necessary cleaning equipment. You don't need to provide anything (although providing her with a little air conditioning is nice). I liked how thorough she is. The place looked great (I chose the move-out service). Kitchen-oven/fridge/bathrooms/baseboards/stairs-everything was maid-service clean. I elected to have the carpets cleaned for an extra $25(cleaned, not just swept)-2 bedroom townhouse. She brought her own professional-grade carpet cleaner and the carpet looked amazing afterwards. Her attention to detail pleased the Management Company. She communicates very well with you, was there 15 mins early to begin bringing in her equipment to make sure she could start on time. She worked hard the entire time she was there. She waited for your inspection to make sure you were satisfied with the work before leaving. I would look no further and hire her again.
