I am very please with the service provided to assemble an outdoor trampoline. Michael showed up 15 minutes early (seriously, when does the EVER happen when you hire someone to do work at home) and he got right to work. He was one of the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time and honestly, his work ethic was quite refreshing. Michael took the time to explain and show me some of the manufacturer defects with the product that I hired him to assemble. Despite the defects, thankfully, he was able to work his magic and assemble my expensive piece of crap trampoline. I even misplaced the written assembly instructions the night before installation but he was able to assemble it anyway! I don't think Michael shared in his profile that he was in the Army but I am telling you in hopes that you take that into consideration when choosing a professional to work with. I LOVE supporting anyone who has served our great country and I hope you do too. The bottom line is you won't be disappointment with Michael's professionalism, work ethic, quality of work, and overall demeanor. Thank you, Michael, for helping to make my child's birthday special by assembling her trampoline!
