10/10 recommend!! If you are on the fence about booking, let this be your sign; you will not regret it! Chef Sean was nothing but kind and professional! We worked together to create a menu and the finished product exceeded my expectations! Not only the food, but the specialty cocktails were a highlight of the night! My vision for a backyard private dinner party would not have been excited without Chef Sean! Will definitely be using him again :)

Sean was amazing. It was one of the best meals we ever had. He came over to our house for a special occasion for my wife and I and delivered an outstanding 5 course meal. Beyond his cooking, he was a great guy and was genuinely a pleasure to have over. We plan on continuing to use him for special occasions and dinners with friends and family.

Sean and Tina were great. We did an intimate holiday party. From menu creation to execution, Sean totally blew us away. I even asked him to prepare a Michelin Star dish and it was the highlight of the night!! He can do anything. Tina was fabulous and able to create beautiful appetizer dishes from my plateware that I would never have thought of. Service was great, the food was excellent, and all of that made the night a huge success. We will definitely be using Soiree again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the high end experience we provide. From our warm professionalism to the quality of ingredients and the skills we bring to the event, we pride ourselves on attention to details and refusing to cut corners.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a conversation discussing the host’s needs and working together to write a menu. The chef writes up what was discussed and sends to the host who can then suggest changes or edits. On the day of the event we like to arrive in the early afternoon giving us plenty of time to get the lay of the land and prepare all of the food on site.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both chef (Sean) and the server (Lauren) started working in kitchens as teenagers. They continued honing their skills for the next 15-20 years. Sean received his degree in hospitality management from JNA culinary institute in 2006 and has been garnering experience all over the city, the Hamptons, and the mainline ever since.
