- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically come in lower cost than competing contractors, and I am willing to work with customers to fit projects in their budget. I do most of the work myself so have less labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customers go over all of their needs for home improvement or repairs. Within a day or 2 customers will receive a quote and timeframe for the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter for 15 years, and I am proficient in all aspects of construction.
