Introduction: Originally trained and taught hatha, vinyasa and power in the San Francisco area to all age levels, groups and individuals (including elite professional athletes), I have now relocated to the Philadelphia area.
My general style is vinyasa blending classical traditional yoga poses and sequencing with an edgy "strength and conditioning" contemporary style.

I teach solid foundational-alignment principles for those just beginning along with fine tuning, introducing higher body awareness and deep hands-on assists (if wanted) for advanced practitioners wanting to take themselves to new levels.
