I have used Dave and his team multiple times, and the completed work always looked great!!!! Dave is a great guy to work with, and his estimates were on target with my expectations. Ive had multiple bedrooms painted, with door frames and baseboards replaced, hallways and stairwells painted as well as kitchen. Daves team also repaired an interior garage door that needed new framing and insulation. They are more than just a painting team!

When I had a very small job request, I wasnt sure I would get ANYONE to even come out to do it. Arnold Property not only gave me a fair quote, they came out right away, AND they completed the job with extreme care and beautiful finishing. I have many more projects in line, and this is who I will call moving forward!

Dave and pressed us right away at the first estimate, as he saw things that other people didn't pick up and he clearly was knowledgeable and of high integrity. The follow-up was just what you would expect, we had our house painted and then our lower level painted and then a new door installed and the underside of a deck cleaned and finished and everything is just turning out gorgeous.
