FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SEO packages are anywhere from $500 - 10,000 per month. My company's unique strategy puts our clients in the perfect position to convert web traffic to actual sales. We have the numbers, and data, and we're happy to share it with you. Typically consulting meetings are $72 per hour. There's an option to split that price with friends, business partners, or management teams if you'd like or if it's too expensive for you to afford on your own (if you split the cost with friends, we'll touch base first before the meeting so it's still productive and on-topic). Websites start at $500 up front, and $40 per month after. You can add additional pages, logos, media, E-commerce etc. for extra. We've partnered with Responsival.com to create amazing responsive, mobile friendly websites at an insanely affordable price. I do some community outreach presentations to educate students about their options for music industry careers and how to become successful in that industry and do what you love. I can usually tailor this to coincide with topics you're currently talking about in class, and I can be flexible on budget, as well. I also do some things on commission basis. I don't really have a list of what that might be, but if you're in need of something that you think I have access to, or can do for you, I'm open to talking about it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After clients contact me, I usually ask a lot of questions. I think it's important to really know my clients and their goals, and what their ultimate picture of success looks like. Based on what they tell me their goals are, I'll make some recommendations. I really like to sit down and brainstorm with them and get some back and forth going to make sure whatever I recommend is going to work for them and be a sustainable solution. I don't like doing anything that's a temporary fix unless it's an emergency, and I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. From there I'll check in with most of my clients monthly and see if they have any follow up questions, how they're progressing, etc. A lot of my clients like to use me as a sounding board or idea mill for their projects, products, and businesses, and I love that part of what I do. I get so excited when my clients find success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing marketing and branding for about 4 (going on five) years. My team at Nakturnal and I do SEO for one of Amazon.com's subsidiaries and am responsible for generating millions of dollars in revenue for them over the past 5 years. I went to Chatham University in Pittsburgh for my bachelors degree in Arts Management. This degree was basically business management, marketing, and creative arts training rolled into one. I've done work for and have partnerships with some notable pittsburgh entities (Kellee Maize, Mr. Smalls Recording, Pittsburgh Technology Council/Creative Industries Network, etc). I really like what I do and I love having clients who are creative and go-getters!
