- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we base our rates on the distance we travel from our home to yours, the length of each visit, and the type of service (live in where the pet sitter stays and lives at the client's home for a specific amount of time or daily visits as many as needed)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer a free meet and greet whereby we meet each pet and discuss his/her medication if any, how and where we should walk them (for dogs), go over his/her routines to be sure everything is handled as it always is. We go over where the cleaning products and pet supplies are in the home. We have each client fill out a new client package. We need to ask questions about your pet which is critical to their care. We would rather have more information than needed than to need it and not have it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many on staff have been certified in PET CPR, 1st aid for pets, the Heimlich maneuver for pets.
