FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer an hourly rate of 50.00 an hour so 200.00 for a four hour session. Session includes removing items from the home for donation and receiving a receipt for client for tax write offs. I also offer a free half hour consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the scope of the job, some jobs are quick, meaning one to two sessions and others are more long term. A typical session is 4 hours of organizing and I work 1 on 1 with my client. We work together to come up with solutions that will work for them and their family. I develop a system that will be easy to maintain for continued success! After a four hour session I will usually leave my client with a homework assignment (or goal) to complete before our next session. It is always up to the client to decide how often they want a session. It can be once a week, twice a week, once a month, whatever works for my clients schedule and budget. Typically we will do a space at a time. Unless it’s clothes, books or paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly continuing my education in the field of organization. I have completed a certificate program as a Residential Specialist. I am a member of CHADD a program designed to educate in the ADHD field. I was also an Executive Assistant at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA which demanded high organizational skills and attention to detail. I’m also a member of NAPO (the National Association of Productivity and Organization)
