Keith R. says, "As a retired es contractor choosing someone to do work on my house definitely gave me anxiety, something I’ve never had to do before because generally I do all my repairs myself. After receiving 4 estimates and talking to the contractors I decided that Roney was my best bet. He showed up on time and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had a price in my head he was the only contractor that even came close, in fact his price and mine were only a few hundred off. They showed up when they said they would, addressed any concerns I had, and did a great job. The roof looks great, every thing was cleaned up and left they way they found it, maybe even a bit better. I would feel comfortable recommending Guerrero construction, in the future and I’m considering having them back to do a couple projects. To clarify, I only say considering because they’re projects I planned on doing myself. His pricing is more than fair and it might just be easier on myself to have him do the work and not have the stress of doing a project alone. One last thing I’d like to add to anyone considering a project is read your estimate! I had 3 layers of shingles on my house which I made clear with every contractor. One contractor gave me an estimate that was almost $1500.00 more that Roneys and when I checked the estimate that was for “one layer”. It stated that additional layers would be charged for accordingly."See more
