- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set for my services. However, I work hard to accommodate my clients. I feel if someone is coming to me, they legitimately need the help, or were guided to me specifically for a reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always get information from the client on the service they're looking for. I ask if there's something they're looking for that may be different than I normally offer or if there's a special request. If a party is being requested, I ask for location/amount of people/if the venue has a set up or if I need to bring my own set up. If the service is for healing, I ask about doctor's care, and advise to check with their doctor first. I always try to accommodate every client to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For officiating services: I am a previous mayor of my town, and also a non-denominational minister. I have been attuned in both Reiki I and II as a practitioner, and am studying currently to become a Reiki Master and Teacher. I also have certification as a practitioner in Angelic Healing, Psychic Mediumship, Past Life Regression, have also had coursework in several divination methods and am currently studying reflexology and hypnosis. I am a certified member of the IAOTH (International Association of Therapists). As a previous mayor of my town, I am capable of performing marriage ceremonies. However, I took it one step further and became a non-denominational, ordained minister, as well. I continuously seek knowledge, and educate myself, on the most up to date information. I research all things paranormal and occult, so I can help my clients better understand the unknown. I believe it's important to understand both the positive, and the negative, because life isn't all sunshine and rainbows. We need to understand the negative so we can get back to the positive. I have a library in my home filled with books on the paranormal, demons/demonology, the history of witchcraft, the occult, etc. I'm constantly in contact with, and questioning, the leaders of the paranormal community to learn, from the best and brightest, while I can take advantage of the amazing opportunity. I have chosen to continue enrolling in classes, when I have the time and ability, and am also going to be teaching online classes very shortly.
