I've gone to many practitioners for my chronic insomnia. And I can more than confidently say I made the RIGHT decision to work with Ross. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me and felt at ease to trust him with my sleep issues of over 25 years. He is naturally gifted at what he does and made me feel very comfortable. I couldn't believe I experienced such a notable improvement in my sleep after our first session. I woke up feeling refreshed! I can't even tell you the last time I've ever felt like that. I woke up with a newfound sense of peace and hope that my sleep was going to only get better and better, which I have never had before. Ross also encouraged me in other areas of my life that I didn't even go to him for. He has such a compassionate heart. I have the deepest heartfelt gratitude for all that Ross has done for my sleep and the overall quality of my life. With a more consistent better quality of deep sleep, I have more energy. I had no idea what to expect. It was my first time with hypnosis. I was astounded at how well I took to it and by how amazingly calm and relaxed I felt after. Ross is professional, caring, and thorough. We mapped a plan to address my concerns and he created a road map so to speak of our treatment plan. I look forward to continuing our program!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can do sessions in person or via videoconferencing. Consultationss are free, plan for about 45 minutes. Session cost is based on programming and can be discussed at the time of consultation. Plan for each hypnosis session to be 90 minutes. May not use the entire 90 minute period, but I'd rather plan it and not need it. It's all dependent on you and your progress!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss your goals during a free consultation. Together we will develop a plan to address the issues that are identified, and I will also provide you with information about hypnosis, what to expect, and answer any questions that you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Registered Nurse, I use hypnosis practically every day in the process of providing care to patients. I have also studied professional courses over the past two years as well as completed significant didactic training independently. I received instruction from hypnotists certified by the ICBCH, including Jason Linett, Richard Nongard, and Sheila Granger; I am also certified by the ICBCH and trained to utilize Sheila Granger's Virtual Gastric Band protocol. I also utilize many resources from other professional hypnotists such as Mike Mandel, Freddy Jacquin, and Milton Erickson. I want to provide you with the best experience possible. I pride myself on my diligence in being effective in helping others and will hold myself to the same standard with hypnosis clients as I would with patients that I care for in the hospital.
