Dmitry was on time and very professional. He reviewed our heating system, cleaned our gas fireplaces and repaired one of them. He made some recommendations on how to improve our heating performance. We were very pleased with this service and we will use Primus again in the future!

Primus was amazing! He saved the day after I had a less than enjoyable interaction with a larger HVAC repair company. All they wanted to do is sell me a new boiler. He was at our house within several hours, realized that the previous HVAC company erroneously diagnosed the issue, and got out boiler running in 30 minutes. He is responsive, honest, and thorough in his work. I will use him in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

I appreciated how quickly he could come and fix our heat! Within 3 hours of inquiry, we were able to get an appointment. Something with our heat broke while it was being repaired, which increased the cost of the job… which was a lot more than originally quoted, but we understood the scope of the work changed and needed to be accounted for in the repair. Communication in English was a little tough, but we were able to communicate and get the job done. We have nearly 100 year old radiator heat, so not always the easiest to fix. We do appreciate that he was able to guarantee his work, and asked us to reach out if there are any issues going forward.

I have a technical degree. Passed EPA certification and OSHA 30 courses. Also passed a special Fujitsu and Goodman trainings.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Replaced failed inducer motor on furnace. It took 5 minutes for diagnostics and 20 minutes for replacement. It cost $550 for customer, incl.service call, parts and second visit.
