Everyone had a lot of fun. The music was great and the DJ was very friendly.Nov 3, 2015Philadelphia DJ Company's reply
Thanks Barry! We had a great time too!
Mike was great. A real professional. He really knew how to get the crowd going. There was an electrical issue at the place and we thought we wouldn't be able to have music, but Mike and the owner figured out how to run power from a different portion of the building, so the reception continued. I definitely recommend him.Oct 30, 2015Philadelphia DJ Company's reply

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?It can be called a contract, entertainment agreement, booking form or an invoice for services. Whatever it's called, make certain the entertainment service has one and that everything you expect of them is in writing. If they refuse or are vague with answers look elsewhere. Having the commitments in writing will protect all parties and eliminate any misunderstandings. The agreement should list the names of the parties to the agreement, correct date, time and address of your event, number of hours, phone numbers, total cost of the event, amount of deposit required to reserve the date and the per hour overtime rate. Most professionals will not charge mileage for events in their immediate service area. However, a mileage fee is usually charged for events outside their service area. Be sure to ask if there will be a mileage fee and how much. Make sure you receive a signed copy of the agreement and a receipt for your deposit and keep all paperwork received in a safe place.
