- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are flat rates that cover your entire event. We do not charge by the hour. We help keep costs down by practicing efficiency such as video conferences vs in-person meetings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep our process very simple. We have an online planning portal that allows our clients to input complete planning details for their special events. Payments can be made securely with a credit card online within our planning portal. We also schedule phone conferences before the events to make sure we are on the same page with timelines and special announcements. We also go over name pronunciations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJs are specially trained to execute every special event with professionalism and talent. We will not send out DJs who do not specialize in your particular event.
