Introduction: Pripstein + Davies Architects is an award-winning architectural design firm that got its start renovating old Bucks County farms and barns. We specialize in residential construction, renovation and small scale commercial work.
While the size of some of our work has grown over the years, the firm itself has remained small. Clients can be confident that a principal will be involved in the entire design process from the initial meetings to the supervision in the field. We measure our success as practitioners by the quality of service we provide and the gratification of our clients at projects end.

Lenore did a beautiful job designing my kitchen and my back porch and bathroom additions. We did a complete overhaul of the kitchen and dining room spaces and Lenore came up with a gorgeous and well functioning design which incorporated all my wish list items plus some things I hadn't thought about but am glad to have, like a second sink and adding butcher block into the island. Lenore was professional, courteous, and timely as well as thoughtful with her designs and architectural drawings. She interacted with my contractor and the boro zoning officials on my behalf and took many of the project burdens off of my hands. I highly recommened Lenore and plan to ask for her help on my next project (closing in the porch).

Lenore Pripstein Davies did an outstanding job of designing our home remodeling and on following through making sure the construction went smoothly and to her specifications. The scope of the job included remodeling a kitchen, master bath, laundry room, mudroom, and powder room. Our home was built in 1902, so historical integrity needed to be maintained while providing current, state-of-the-art space and features.
Lenore had a creative vision for our space that we never could have dreamed up ourselves. She took a bowling alley master bath and created a first class bathroom worthy of the Ritz Carlton. We have a huge tub, a huge shower, cabinet-style sink with marble top, and heated floors all within a small space that could not be expanded. She worked through the problem of having not enough heat by adding the heated floor and an overhead heat lamp.
When guests walk into the kitchen, their jaws drop. Its stunning and unique. Lenore worked through several designs with us to get to the one that was just right. We werent the easiest clients, changing our minds on a regular basis, but Lenore was patient and carefully considered our requests. I am so glad she stuck to her high standards and didnt simply draw what we thought we needed. She worked hard to incorporate our
desires into the overall scheme, marrying our "wish list" with the demands of a complex, practical and efficient space.
