- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first question is what is YOUR OBJECTIVE. Once we understand what a client is seeking we can understand the best way to get there as we listen to the facts of their situation, and WHY they have that objective. We then walk through other options that may be available before expending legal costs. We also evaluate the budget for achieving that objective so the client can weigh if the cost is worth achieving that objective.

20 years of professional experience in public service, law firm and corporate settings have provided unique combination of legal and professional skills.

We have worked with construction contractors, project owners, small businesses in the science and medical industries, technology companies and individuals who need someone who truly is working for them.
