- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the business owner I try my best to get to know the customer on a personal basis. I want the new customers to feel confident with our services and to know that we will do our very best EVERY TIME!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from single home owners, tenants, landlords with numerous rental properties, medical establishments and restaurants just to name a few.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they are looking for steam cleaning, make sure whoever you choose has a truck mounted cleaning unit because they are unmatched by any other steam cleaner. I hear too often how companies are coming with mobile units and I just feel bad for the customer because I know how much better of an outcome they could have had.
