Dwight Smith, CEO of The Stewardship Business Plan Store created and presented a presentation tailored specifically for an event that we ran for small business owners in our community. Let's start with a casual 15 minute conversation about what you need help with at no cost.
Over the years we have found that our clients prefer to have a fixed price when they hire us to write their business plan. We will discuss your Business Model with you, Learn exactly what you need and provide you a fixed price, guaranteed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick. Easy. Affordable.
Step 1 is an introductory conversation at no charge. We’d love to learn what you want to accomplish with your business and why you are writing your plan. Will the plan serve as the blueprint for your success, be part of a loan application, land an investor or a combination of the three?
Step 2 is a series of screen sharing session where we take your business vision and get it on paper.
Step 3 is when we compile the numbers and put them into a well presented forecast.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seven years of college, 50+ continuing education certificates and over 100 professional development seminars provide the textbook knowledge of accounting and finance. Temple University, Harrisburg Area Community College and Elizabethtown College are the institutions I attended.
Having owned several businesses provides the practical side of applying the knowledge. Having worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs provides the practical business knowledge to write the business plan you need.
