- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a course on Craniosacral Therapy to improve the session productivity of clients who cannot take pressure due to nervous system conditions such as Fibromyalgia. I also trained on Active Stretching for my more athletic clients to improve flexibility and relieve pain in tight/tender muscles.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people, and there's so much stress and discomfort in day to day life that I want to be a part of the positive aspect of a person's week when they think of their rolling To Do list. Massages are great for stress relief and I enjoy connecting with clients to show the difference an hour can make.
