Once we had our home sided, and trees removed, we realized how sorry the front yard looked. With 4Site's designer's vision, we managed to come up with a plan that fit our budget and changed the whole look of the space. All worker's were courteous and hard working, and they were always attentive to our requests. Love the new walkway and how it all came together. we've also had them do our yard cleanups for the last 2 years and while they may have charged a little more then our previous company, it was worth every penny. We love the new look and couldn't believe the extra effort they put into the clean up. They are definitely a company that goes above and beyond!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
4 Site does not provide canned solutions to a design or construction challenge. Therefore we have found that pricing can var widely from project to project. We perform all jobs big and small from large multi-acre developments to residential outdoor living rooms. Each project requires value judgements relating to design detail, product selection and budget. Design costs are based on our assessment in the time involved in developing concepts that will meet out clients needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our goal is to focus on creating the right outdoor experience for our clients rather than selling a specific product or trade skill. Just like a house or building, the design and construction of outdoor spaces requires unique skill sets and trades that must be seamlessly interwoven to create a unique and inspiring outdoor venue. No job is typical in our profession. We specialize in working with clients to develop a plan of action that works for their specific needs and desires and then implementing the vision in a simple and comprehensive manner. Our work includes all things outdoors from plants to patios, fire bowls to pools, playgrounds and splash pads, and everything in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out their website, look, feel, qualifications, certifications, licensing, and insurance coverage. BE CAREFUL when it comes to selecting a maintenance provider! While you may just want the cheapest person to cut your lawn, you may be exposing yourself to unnecessary liability. Also, its important to consider the provider payment options, service procedure, and contact options. If you can't get ahold of your provider, how are they going to service your property in the future?
