- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team went to the recent National Catering Show in Las Vegas where only the cream of the crop attends to exchange ideas about the latest trends in the catering industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I attended Johnson & Wales Culinary School and I enjoy working and creating menus for my client's events. I worked for Disney, Hyatt and owned and operated a catering business for 20 years. Find a job you love and you'll never work another day in your life.

Weddings, Galas, Corporate Luncheons, Social Events, Cookouts and BBQ's.
