We hired White Pine to come out and level the ground for a 24 foot pool. After they told us it was level, we set up the pool and saw that it was not. We had to empty the pool and move it for them to come back and fix it. After the second time, when we filled the pool it was better but still not level. We were then sent an invoice for 149% over the original estimate. When we had to take the pool down again. We realized that they had attempted to level the ground with sand instead of dirt. We sent pictures to show how far off from level the ground was and that we were having to fix it ourselves. They replied asking if we were done. That they wanted to send a crew to make it right. We let the come back out a third time. Even after this third time we had to dig and use pavers to get the pool to be level. At this point we received an invoice for another $450 for this last visit for "additional work required after initial scope of work was already met and completed." We would not recommend them for this type for service.

Hi Karen, we do apologize for this negative experience with our company. I wish we would have had the opportunity to do the job from start to finish instead of just doing the prep. a couple reasons the sub base wasn' perfectly level was 1. due the irrigation pipe we ran into (that was not approved to be addressed at the first time of service and was worked around) 2. the job description, expectation and specifications of the job was to use 2" of leveling sand under the pool. when our crews left the base project was to specifications and was level. during the set up, moving and filling of the pool it must have shifted. we do apologize for this negative experience and the problems this project has caused for both parties. we will go ahead and remove this charge from your account and wish you and your family a safe and happy holiday weekend!
