Introduction: We are a group of professional educators who share the same passion for guiding and advising students during the complicated college application process. We are specialized in helping students to get accepted into their dream colleges, and to provide academic help to all K-12 students who need help. Since our program founded in February, 1997, we have advised hundreds of students and many students have become students of top tier colleges, have successful professional careers. Our team is made of a team of college application counselors and teaching professionals. Our goal is to guide the students and parents through the complicated college application process so that the students will enter their dream colleges, or improve their grades at school. The advisors are members of the American School Counselors Association, and they have extensive experience in advising/counseling. We are very proud of what we do. This is the reason why we have been very successful -- we have been in business since February 1997 and the total number of students we have advised are approaching to one thousand. All three of my children attended 4D at different points in their academic career. 4D is great for students of all ages, no matter their skill level-whether to catch up or feel challenged in a way they are not in school. They will get ahead in a supportive relaxed environment where they can work with children their own age. Dr. Yu is extremely knowledgeable about education related issues and has been an invaluable resource for our family, from course selection in high school to preparation for college.

4D Learning is a real help to my kids and family. Yes, homework can interfere with a healthy parent-child relationship. 4D Learning provides professional, caring educational services that allows students to achieve their best. Moms and dads are happy when their kids are developing academic skills and confidence. Learning from and seeing peer (and slightly older) role models is a real strength.

I have worked at 4D Learning Center for around 2 years and I have only had fond experiences working there. Dr. Yu puts so much effort and hard work into making 4D a program that really connects with each student. He creates fun games that encourage learning and always wants the best for each and every student. 4D learning is not only a space for academics, but also a place to meet others who have a same passion for learning in a safe and loving environment.

The tutors and Dr. Yu truly care for each student and they want to see each and every one of them succeed. They have many resources to help students in any subject and they also have many resources to help with college applications.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
4D Learning provides two different services: (1) 4D Learning Coach is very competitive in pricing in college counseling while also providing high quality service to its clients. First hour is always free. Our service has different packages/options. The service can be paid hourly, annually, or one time. Students at Thumbtack gets special discount. For more information about our services, please visit us on the Web: 4dlearningcaoch.com. (2) Tutoring Service at 4D Learning Center: First session (up to 2 hours) free. No contract to sign. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first hour is always free at 4D Learning (regardless 4D Learning Coach or 4D Learning Center). (1) Once enrolled, high school students who are ready to begin their college applications will also be granted the special access to our 4D's proprietary College Application System free of charge. Our 4D College Application System has a complete college database that allows the advisors and the students to work together to finalize a list of perfect matching colleges that the students love, with probabilities of acceptance calculated. The students will have the confidence they need when they submit their applications. We provide expert advice to both high school students and middle school students. many families liked us so much that they often also signed up our service for their younger children in middle school so that we can guide them through their middle school years in addition to their high school years -- we guide these younger students by providing advises to them on many other things, such as course selections, extra-curricular activities, standardized tests preparation, etc. Counselors at 4D Learning Coach are members of ASCA (American School Counselors Association) who have extensive experience in coaching high school students. (2) To enroll at the 4D Learning Center, the 4D Instructor will assess the student's academic skills free of charge (up to 2 hours). The assessment results will be shared with the student and the parents free of charge. If the student decides to enroll at 4D Learning Center, the student is entitled to attend all sessions (up to 2 hours per session, twice a week) for a very affordable price. ======== Many new customers have told us after they have learned more about 4D Learning that they wish they had found us earlier.

All counselors working at 4D are professional educators who have solid background in advising high school students applying for colleges. They are members of ASCA (American School Counselors Association). 4D Learning Coach also has a specialized team of essay editors who have majors in English or related concentrations from Ivy League schools. They are the best professionals who know how to help the students to submit their college essays to impress the college admission officers. All instructors working at 4D Learning Center are professional educators who have solid background in teaching K-12 students. Highlights of the instructors at 4D Learning are: coaches of RI State Math Team, Members of RI Math League, Members of RI Math Teachers Association, College Professors, Ivy League students.
