December, 2013 I started working with Neil as my personal trainer over 3 years ago after he was recommended to me by a salesman at Gym Source in Warwick, where I have purchased all of my home gym equipment over the years. Having never worked with a personal trainer before, I was fully expecting to have to work with several before finding one that would meet my expectations, but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Neil’s professionalism and dedication to his work is nothing short of amazing, and I point to my personal results as evidence of that. I work out 5x weekly, which includes 3 days of cardio on my own, and 2 days of strength training with Neil, and he always manages to vary the workout so it’s always something different. In three years, with very minor changes to my diet (I’m sure if I were to pay closer attention to Neil’s dietary advice, I would see even greater results) I’ve lost 35 lbs, and gone from a 43 inch waist to a 38 inch waist, I have more energy than ever, and I must say I’ve never felt better!!! (Not bad for a 62 year old guy!!!) I can honestly say that I don’t look at the costs of my training sessions as an expense, but rather an investment in my personal health and well being. I would be happy to answer any inquiries via email or phone: Gene@AmscoOnLine.com or 401-785-2860, ext 103. Gene Richmond

Training for Warriors is the gym where you will get the results your looking for. I have always been physically active I work out at home and hike everyday but I was having some issues with my knee's & hips. After joining TFW and incorporating strength & weight training I am very happy to say no more issues with knee's or hips. I have also lost 10 plus pounds and have kept it off without even trying, following TFW'S healthy nutrition program. I am turning 60 years young tomorrow and I am in the best shape I have ever been in thanks to Coach Neil & Coach Carrie. The atmosphere and all the great warriors in this gym are one big family, we all encourage and motivate each other to bring out the warrior within us. This gym is like no other gym and you owe it to yourself to check it out and finally get healthy and in shape while having fun, yes I said having fun. Come in and check it out, what do you have to lose, only unwanted body fat. Thank You Coach Neil & Coach Carrie & all my TFW family for always encouraging me to bring out the Warrior within! Love you all

How do I rate and review a great fitness program? For me, it's based on results. Lasting results. Lasting results that reach beyond strength or weight loss and extend to overall health and wellness. FYI, I am 60, had not worked out in over 10 years... not sure I had even broken a sweat in over 10 years. If I can do this, you can do this. Here's my own assessment of TFW after 4 months. I'm a technical/detail person so read what makes sense and buzz past the rest. My three TFW notes of interest:1. A FITNESS PROGRAM - an extremely well-structured, strategically-planned series of trainer-led workouts, about one hour each, available at convenient times-of-day where you'll work with others, all on their own journey to better fitness and health. The program allows for individuals to adapt the workout so participants beside you at any session might range from 1st day beginners to well-established "Navy Seal" types. It's as serious as you want to make it. No more, no less. But also, it's fun.2. COMPREHENSIVE - Not just exercise, but a comprehensive training... what I call B.A.T. training. Together, with other motivated participants, you'll learn to modify even your most stubborn behaviors (B), improve your mental attitude (A) and refine your techniques (T). During the workouts, group coaching focuses on topics like technique, safety, nutrition, attitude-adjustment and much more. During the same workout, individual reinforcement-coaching will bring clarity to the above topics but is always personalized enough to provide individual direction and encouragement.3. JUST SHOW UP. Finally, it's really that simple-- if you participate regularly you will get unbelievable results. So that's it. TFW is a unique mix of constantly evolving workouts that lead to full-body strength, greater flexibility and includes ongoing BAT coaching that builds your personal ability to constantly improve leading to sustainable results. An hour in the work out prepares you for the other 23 hours out in the "real world".As I mentioned at the start, lasting results that reach beyond strength and extend to overall health and wellness are what matter to me. TFW delivers what matters. I have lost fat, Im now sprinting regularly (improved cardiovascular health), eating ridiculously-healthy foods, have gone from zero to eight pull-ups and Im beginning to see mental gains including increased focus, clarity-of-thinking and improved sleep.TFW has totally worked for me and I believe it has helped me to create lasting behaviors that will deliver lasting results.

Neil not only only got me in shape he helped with my diet and made me enjoy working out. He explains everything I am doing and how each exercise is affecting my muscles and joints.
