Exercise Equipment Repair

Warren was great. We have a 13 year old elliptical and it needed extensive work. He took it apart and made it run like new as we explained to him that we were not in a position to replace at this time and we use the equipment regularly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. His price was extremely fair and we are so appreciative. Will definitely keep his info handy for the future. Thanks again Warren.

I reached out to Warren to repair a spinning bike that was still under warranty. The company had sent me the parts and I needed to find someone to install them. Warren came on time and he was very professional however we did run into a glitch where one of the parts was unable to be removed. I called the manufacturer and Warren was very patient in working with them to find a solution. What should have been in one hour job turned into a three hour situation. At the end of all that, the manufacturer agreed to send me a replacement bike. Warren was very professional and he definitely gave it his all in trying to fix the bike. I felt bad that the entire situation took longer than anticipated, but warren was very understanding. I definitely know who to contact when I set additional equipment.

Highly recommend Fast Fitness Repair. Warren was friendly, professional and punctual. He got back to me immediately after I posted my request on thumbtack and we were able to arrange a time within 48 hours of my post. It’s pretty clear that Warren has a ton of experience putting together fitness equipment. I was having a cable machine built. Some would argue some parts of it are a two person job, but Warren was able to handle it all on his own in an efficient manner. The final product came out perfect!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My fees are based on a reduced pricing structure of bigger companies that pay their technicians a very small percentage of the price that is paid. I feel the technicians that contract with these companies just get the job done as quickly as possible without having a lot of personal interaction with the customer. I always justify my rates by adding as many services as I can. If I do a repair, I also do a maintenance and a calibration at a discounted rate. I answer all questions asked, and try to keep the customer informed of how everything should be taken care of.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always introduce myself and get a background of their equipment and let them know that I am always there to help. I am only a phone call, text, or email away.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have contracted with several national assembly companies and have learned how to assemble and repair various makes and models of equipment.
