- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices will vary depending on the property, and the current condition of the home. In order for me to give my customers a fair and accurate price, I would like to schedule a free walkthrough to get an exact idea of what my customer's needs are. The first cleaning is always priced differently than the following scheduled cleaning, this is because the first time I clean is always a deeper clean then the follow-up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to meet with the client at the property, take a tour then go over exact price and date of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and insured to clean businesses and homes. I am CPR certified as well as Medical Assistant. This is helpful when I am cleaning for elderly/seniors. I have not had to utilize my skills yet at any of my properties. est. 2011
