When they came the first time they did the job requested. However we had set a schedule for mowing and they showed up randomly without any contact while we had people painting the house. They’re response was, “it’s ok I’m here anyway”. We had paid for a fertilization plan and they were supposed to come on a Saturday morning, never showed. Contacted them they said they had it down for Sunday, even though my husband had the text stating they would be here Saturday morning. Sunday comes and goes, they tell us we will be there Monday. Never show no call or text. Ensure they will be here Tuesday at 7, they don’t come. I reach out Wednesday and told them this was unacceptable and they tell my husband we were being inpatient?! What professional company says that to their customer and doesn’t stick to their assigned schedule? We had paid for a service which was told to us we would get a portion back in a check in the mail, that was May 20th, still no check. DO NOT HIRE!
