FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and upfront. We provide estimates before starting any work, and there are no hidden fees. Final pricing depends on the type of repair, parts needed, and labor involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by listening carefully to the issue and asking a few questions to understand the problem. We then inspect the equipment or vehicle and provide a clear explanation of the issue along with an upfront estimate. Once the customer approves, we complete the repair efficiently and keep them informed along the way. Before finishing, we test everything to make sure it’s running properly and answer any questions so the customer feels confident in the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from hands-on, real-world experience. I’ve spent years working on small engine equipment and automobiles, learning through practical repairs, troubleshooting, and ongoing exposure to different makes and models. This experience allows me to diagnose problems accurately and fix them efficiently.
