- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m only charging money after job was provided. In most cases I prefer to take payments by projects (TV mounting, furniture assembly, painting). But if you have a lot of different tasks/small projects I may charge hourly. $120 for the first hour of work and $80 for every next hour of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you a few questions about you request such as what type of work needs to be done, when and what is your preference in how it needs to be done. After everything is figured out we can schedule time and a day when the project starting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I’m usually working with homeowners or with landlords who wants to fix something on their property without showing up. I’m keeping updated landlords using photos/videos
