I had to have another company come in to extract the water he put down but couldn't extract with his machine. He agreed (by email) to refund $160.00; said it was in the mail, then said it got lost in the mail, later said he would bring it to me; he hasn't yet and it is over a month now. Carpet had been cleaned one week before we cleaned it by the largest steam cleaning company in the industry. The stains in question were set in by the company that was used prior to calling us.
