Introduction: Born and raised in North Kingstown, RI, Mark graduated from North Kingstown High School. He attended Community College of Rhode Island in a Fine Arts program and graduated from New England Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical drafting; he later graduated from Roger Williams University with a degree in Industrial Technology. Today, Mark is considered a value added real estate photographer with commercial and entertainment clients as well. His main focus is real estate photography helping clients make an impact and stand up to their competition, therefore, making homes sell faster and for more money. His land and sea photography is also widely looked upon as inspiring and dramatic. Mark regularly shares his work with 1000’s of people via social media and considers it his gallery. Land and sea images are often sold as framed prints for people to enjoy in their homes and workplaces.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base price $195 up to 1700 square feet. Between 1701-2900 square feet $250. Between 2901-3900 square feet $325. Between 3901-5000 square feet $395. Between 5001-6000 square feet $450. Drone aerials alone $195. Twilight photo session $125 adder. All prices are subject to adjustment based upon travel over 30 miles, special requests, and added features such as pools, cabanas, cottages, barns and the like. Social media and/or You Tube video production from Shots That Sell stills, aerials, and video footage if applicable begins at $175. Videos are posted to my FB business page and shared with tags to you and your business. Videos are also posted to You Tube for ease of link sharing and use in most cases. Put your listing in front of 1000’s with enhanced social media marketing on Facebook and Instagram from $75. I’ll select the best shots and write a captivating description with all your contact info included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients, I normally have a conversation about the nature and scope of the assignment. We typically discuss expectations, preparing the home for a shoot, and pricing. All images are fully edited and delivered via link to my website in a dedicated gallery where single images and the entire gallery can be accessed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer who has been fortunate to have advanced professionals help me develop to this point of being a respected professional in this industry.
