I reached out to this company after a different plumbing company scheduled with me and didn’t show up. Brian was quick to respond and flexible with my scheduling. Brian showed up when he said he would, could explain exactly why I was having the issues I was having and fixed them that day. Very responsive both with initial contact and requests for additional information. Came out very shortly after engagement and was able to tackle the initial project and some additional things we needed work on. Very professional team that was able to get some more advanced repairs done without half as much work needed as quoted by other plumbers. A bit on the pricier side but worth the expense.

I cannot say enough good things about this service. We had a very strange oil boiler breakdown in the middle of the summer, not only did he work through the entire system while explaining and educating us on the system but he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The system works better than ever, we are customers for life and will recommend De Rosa to everyone we know.
