John was an excellent lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs of a good, experienced bankruptcy lawyer.
I can remember two situations that he had a good impression me. One was during my consultation, I felt ashamed prior to meeting with John because of the situation I got myself into, but after our meeting, I felt glad that I went in to see him. He made me felt comfortable talking to him and confident that he will be able to resolve my problem. Another was on the day of my hearing, I was nervous regarding my income tax return which I forgot to ask him during my consultation. He was calm, reassuring, and explained to me that this is not a problem and the reason why it wasn't a problem. I immediately felt confident again and was able to get through my hearing.
After a few months, my case was successfully completed and I can restore my credit again.

When you finally realize you can’t pay the debt you have incurred, it’s embarrassing, and you feel like a failure. We finally decided to go on a consult about filing bankruptcy, and we were referred to John Simonian by another attorney. When we met with John, we were nervous, humiliated, and defeated. The process was very fast, much faster than anticipated! I was recommended to John Simonian by a friend and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to claim bankruptcy. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk briefly on the telephone before a client comes in, to understand their problem in general terms. Then we schedule an appointment for the Client to come in and talk more in depth about their situation, and let the Client know how we can help.
