Introduction: We are a local, family-owned company that understands the necessary balance among work, family and fun. Life gets busy, and the last thing you want to worry about is the last time you fertilized your lawn. In this day and age, who knows what the right products are and when or where to apply them? Then there are those pesky, brown spots which may pop up. Maybe it's dry and needs water or has a fungus and needs to be dry. Perhaps, the dry spot is a result of surface insects feasting, and you are in need of an insecticide.
A lawn is a living, breathing thing which interacts with nature. It is not always easy to understand or diagnose problems. We have learned through over 18 years of experience that every lawn has individual needs and should be treated that way to optimize its health. On each visit, we will thoroughly walk your lawn, look for any problem areas and create a plan to treat and remedy the situation. The course of treatment may change throughout the season, as the needs of your lawn change. Although the needs of your lawn may change throughout the course of the season, your price per application will not from the beginning of the season for each.

We needed to make our lawn healthier and to add more curb appeal. Our lawn looked so sick and brown. I went on line to locate a landscaper and found 3 to choose from.
Jessica and Steve were the first ones to come out and give me an estimate. Keep in mind I needed to be educated on this and there is so much to know. It comes natural to the both of them. They did not mind answering any of my questions and helping me put a design together. I was impressed with Pinecrest so much I cancelled the other 2 landscapers right away. (The second quote was over $200.00 higher) As you can see they are fair with the prices.
I wanted to get rid of 2 little pine trees on the sides of my walkway. She pulled them up and laid 4 rose bushes down. Then she edged out the flower beds and lined it with the flowers I picked out. Jessica has a real talent for that. She added black rich mulch all around it, after she placed the black weed cloth down. She stood up my bird feeder as well, making it very sturdy.
She did this in a timely manner. I feel the both of them have such a system working together it seems like time flyâs by and they are done. Steve put down seed & lime and cleaned my front and back yard up. I raked it myself over the years but I did not get a deep down raking like he did.
I know it takes some time to grow and cannot wait for results. I know at the time I see beautiful rich grass and my rose bushes coming up, it was worth the wait.
Jessica and Steve are in the right line of work. Prices for estimates very fair, with a lot included for the price. Never charge for what they do not do. They are very considerate for the clientâs property and always clean up every area they work in. They are very professional and good people.
My neighbors were so impressed with my yard they are using Pinecrest as well.

I haven't had any work done yet but Jessica and Steve came to my house tonight around 7:30PM to meet with me and go over what my lawn needs. They were very professional and explained exactly what type of work my lawn would need and provided a very reasonable price. They answered all my questions and we wound up talking for the better part of 45 minutes. I could tell they were great people and truly cared about me as a customer. I'm very excited to work with them in the future.
