Do not ever trust your finances to this company. In 2024 they filed W2s from the WRONG year. When confronted about the issue they completed denied wrongdoing and insisted that WE pay the amendment fee to fix their foolish mistake. The icing on the cake is that the new amended taxes are biting us in the behind years later because they, once again, messed up the filing status of a married couple (since 2017!) as head of household and single. My family has been paying fees from the federal government ever since and its now affecting my aid at a local college due to their negligence.AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU.
