- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically average about 60/h for most jobs. The hourly rate may increase if there is more man power needed to complete a job. I also offer flat rate pricing for large jobs. There is no fee for coming out and looking at a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll text or call you with an introduction, ask to come and take a look, give you a price, date and time it will be complete. Pretty simple, I also go above and beyond and recommend other things the homeowner should fix or maintain in the future
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience.
