Great overall experience. Nice guy to work with. This is my second year using him. When i needed a photo booth he was the one and only i wanted. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't have standard pricing. I customize my price for each function I do, according to the type of event it is, how many people will be attending, how involved and technical the job is. But it is usually much lower than the industry standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I sit down and try to find out exactly what they want and need for their event to be awesome. I make suggestions and LISTEN to what they want. I them put together an outline that shows them I understand their needs and am ready and able to meet them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?No special training, just 20 years of experience, not just in music and equipment, but in stand up comedy, voice acting and public speaking.
