Blair & The Moore House team were by far the best investment we have ever spent! Ever! Going into this project we had never worked with a designer and we were a bit hesitant. Blair & the Moore House team were so easy to work and created an un imaginably beautiful space that we still feel like we are living in a magazine. Blair came up with custom solutions for our odd shaped space and maximized the space for us. The team added a ton of custom pieces where we couldn't fit other items and has enhanced the value of this home undeniably. We have had offers from other friends to buy the house just because we re did these areas with the Moore House Team. They created value to our home, so much storage and evident maximizing the space and really made it so beautiful that we couldn't be more happy with it! We love our house now and we didn't know if we should sell or stay before and now we can't think of leaving! Cannot wait to get them back to redo our kitchen!! Really don't hesitate when hiring this team. They did such a beautiful job!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Moore House Interior Design & Renovation. Blair and her team have a can-do attitude, which was instrumental in our renovation project. She listened to our concerns about the existing layout, she listened to our aesthetic preferences, she listened to our chatty toddler, then she brought her team of craftsmen/ craftswomen together to make the magic happen. Matt and I joke that part of our house is a hotel and it is breath taking! Blair thought about every detail of our renovation project. For example, two pendants in the master bath were maybe 2 inches too short when the electrician hung them, so Blair swapped out the two pendants with two replacement pendants that hung at the correct height. Blair was supportive and accommodating when we decided to change the color of the plaster for the walls in the master bedroom, even though they already started painting the closets in the master bedroom. Ultimately, we had unexpected things come up during the renovation and it was 100% reassuring to know that Blair was also thinking about the renovation project as much as, or even more than, we were. Lastly, Blair is kind and that's someone we want to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 levels of Design Packages for our Clients 1. FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS This option allows me to work alongside you to design, co-ordinate, and implement your dream space. Whether you're looking for a brand new build, a full-scale renovation, or a simple bedroom update, it encompasses projects both large and small. This option ensures that the design process is as seamless, cost-effective, and stress-free as possible. Once your scope of work is established, we'd custom tailor a package to suit your exact needs and budget. We have discounted group packages here as well 2. E-DESIGN PROJECTS Perfect for out of town projects and local ones alike. Essentially, we chat about what look you are going for, approximate square footage, your budget, photos, and measurements. From there I'll lay out your floor plan, create a furniture board, and a detailed shopping list. At that point, equipped with a design concept and direction, you'd be able to implement everything at your own pace. 3. ONE HOUR DESIGN CONSULTATIONS An in-person meet and greet. We'll walk through your space and you'll be privy to all our insider secrets. Looking for advice on a paint color? Not sure how to pull your room together to really make it sing? During this time, any design dilemmas you may have will be resolved. In addition, tips, tricks and suggestions on how to improve your space will be shared. NOTE: this can be done virtually as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new clients! First things first.. We chat and have our first meeting and see if we are a good fit for one another. Then once we meet and chat about design inspirations we then get into the Dreaming Stage! Definitely the best stage other then when you see the finished product :) We then go to the drawing board and come up with a design plan to meet your specified budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Team has over 35+ years renovating and designing dream homes for the whos who of Greenwhich CT and all over the east coast. Blair graduated as Portfolio of the year from Parsons School of Design in NYC and several awards in Design from all of the globe. As well as our head of construction Mark Moore being featured in multiple Architectural Digests. We are based in Rhode Island but work all over the east coast and you will find us 70% of the time in Connecticut, and New York.
