- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have an initial sales meeting to determine if there is a need and what that need may be - i.e. what are your business goals and/or pain points. If we think we can help, we will prepare a formal proposal for services. Upon engagement, you can expect a kick-off meeting with one or more Barba CFO team members and you and / or your staff, where we will establish timeframes for deliverables, gain access to relevant systems, and get you started on the road to financial discipline and success for your business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, our CFO's for Hire have decades of experience leading and managing the operations and finances of small to medium sized business. We have extensive experience working with the most common financial and operational software applications for small and medium businesses. We come from varied backgrounds in many industries and in many areas of finance, accounting, general business management and operations. We have someone who will be a good fit for your business!
