- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my client fixed fees as well as an hourly rate. There are never any surprise fees. In addition, I never charge my clients for phone calls, emails, texts, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with getting to know my client and their situation. After understanding the scope of the project, I put together a detailed proposal. After that, it is time to get to work. Upon completion of the project, my client and I go over the work done and review drafts. After approval from the client we finalize the work product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA. In addition I have Masters Degree in Taxation
