Keith Clark has been a pleasure to work with. I emailed him several times with questions early on and he immediately answered me. I’ve worked with other accountants in the past who weren’t upfront with me and I felt took advantage of my financial status. My taxes are time consuming with lots of investment information that needs to be entered. Previously they would sometimes not file right away and then charge me for the delay— which wasn’t my fault. The communication wasn’t great.
I feel Keith quoted me a fair flat rate and I wasn’t surprised at the end like I have been with others. The communication flowed and we filed on time this year.
I feel he is a real find. I found him here on thumbtack where I’ve found landscapers, piano tuners, personal trainers, DJ for a high school reunion, handymen, closet organizers and more. I did feel that an accountant was a higher professional level of expertise than others I’ve hired on here, but Keith’s many reviews gave me the confidence to use him. I’ve been pleased with all my thumbtack finds and I’ve been very pleased with Keith and his firm.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer my client fixed fees as well as an hourly rate. There are never any surprise fees. In addition, I never charge my clients for phone calls, emails, texts, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with getting to know my client and their situation. After understanding the scope of the project, I put together a detailed proposal. After that, it is time to get to work. Upon completion of the project, my client and I go over the work done and review drafts. After approval from the client we finalize the work product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed CPA. In addition I have Masters Degree in Taxation
