Great job. he came to diagnose, had a flexible schedule. when he diagnosed he immediately knew what was wrong and went above and beyond i through unconventional methods (could be wrong though) to get everything in working order. One area for improvement - maybe invest in stocking the van with a larger array of inventory.. but on the other hand, he only came to diagnose.. Again, great job well done
