Before my project even started, I was so impressed with the time Ed took to explain every detail of the work to be done and to educate me on the job! The most important part of the project was completed the very same day of the appraisal ensuring my home was safe! I can't praise the guys enough! They are a great crew to work with right from the start with Gina organizing the project!

Always punctual. Extremely professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done in terms of fixing the mortar on my brick chimney. The house is 75 years old. I was very nervous about what the job entailed and how much it would cost.

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Elite! Their team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and left my home spotless after cleaning my chimney.
The technician, Ed was fantastic! He took the time to answer all my questions, provided valuable maintenance tips, and ensured everything was working efficiently.
The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was top-notch. I've already recommended Elite to friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Waited the timeframe. They said they were coming. They also said they’d call about 45 minutes prior no call no-show and then they show up two hours late. I took a day out of work to be home waiting for them and they were a no-show that is not acceptable.

After reviewing our records, we would like to clarify what occurred. While our technician was running behind schedule that day, we made multiple attempts to contact you to provide an update. Our office called at approximately 4:31, 4:32 PM and again at 4:35 PM, and we also attempted to reach you from an additional phone number. Unfortunately, we were unable to make contact, and we could not leave a voicemail because your mailbox was full.
Rather than simply not showing up, our technician proceeded to your property despite being unable to reach you, in an effort to honor your appointment. We understand that the delayed arrival was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, we do want to clarify that we did not abandon or ignore your scheduled appointment, and we made several good faith efforts to communicate with you throughout the afternoon. After arriving around 5:40 Our technician was informed that you had left. If you would like to discuss this further, we would be happy to review our communication records with you, including the documented call attempts made on the day of your appointment.
