- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices can vary depending on location, number of people, etc.. I always try to make my price affordable to everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is understanding what the customer is looking for, number of people, what kind of event, etc.. I always suggest my customers to search some pictures ideas on Pinterest so we can work based on their style. After this, the customers needs to confirm if desires to hire me so I can hold the date and time requested and send the contract over, if needed, with the address where the service will be executed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a Beauty Artist in 2010 when I used to live in Brazil. I was in college and started doing some makeups for fashion shows, and decided to improve my work doing extra classes.
